đ§ What Does Yoga Really Mean? Every year, millions of people celebrate Yoga. Some practice it for fitness.Some for flexibility.Some for peace.Some for spirituality. But have you ever stopped and asked yourself⌠What is the real purpose of Yoga? One dayâŚYou and I will both die. No amount of wealth,power,fame,or even Yogacan change that reality. So hereâs my question: If death is certain, why should we practice Yoga? My answer is simple. Yoga is not about escaping death.It is about transforming the way you live before death arrives. If Yoga helps you become: â Healthierâ More peacefulâ More awareâ More disciplinedâ More compassionate âŚthen every single day becomes more meaningful. The Sanskrit Meaning The Sanskrit word âYogaâ comes from âYuj,â which means: To Unite. The union of: My Interpretation (UttamX360) Y.O.G.A. Your Original Greatness Awakens. This is my personal interpretation, inspired by the traditional meaning of Yoga. Because I believe: Your greatness was never created. It already exists within you. Yoga doesnât give you greatness. It helps remove the distractions,fear,ego,and doubtthat hide it. The Real Question Donât ask: âWill Yoga stop death?â Ask: âDid Yoga help me truly live?â Because in the end, People wonât remember how flexible your body was. Theyâll remember: Final Thought Practice Yoga if it helps you become a better human.
